But I hope to add more.
This was something I threw together for one of my classes and I think it came out pretty cool..
Check it out.
Made in Source Filmmaker.
This project kind of served as my intro to Source Filmmaker.
I could say it's a weird Avant-garde comedy...but I'll let you decide what genre it could be..
Keeping with character animation, I thought I would do something different and fun!
Got a cool dinosaur rig from Creative Crash and figured I would do something short for the day.
Check it out!
In Maya Scene:
Playblast(with Sound):
Found a sweet Hulk rig on Creative Crash. Decided to try and get aqainted with it for practice on animating with character weight.
Here's the rig if you want to check it out and download it!
Over the last sememster I Survios Interactive. Survios is a start up game studio that is creating a new VR system that incorporates the use of the Oculus Rift, in addition to positional tracking and Razor Hydra controllers.
The system itself is insane and the pay off was incredible! It's really something when you work a whole lot on a project, and then you actually SEE it as a physical being in the world. Testers loved the experience and I am very proud of the work I did for them!
Here's some of the stuff I did during my time at Survios.
Zombie Walk Cycles:
So I've been hitting hard at working on "Rhea" a lot, and I decided to actully create and lay out my designed and conceptualized graveyard scene.
Check it out! It's low poly now - but the next step is to do the UV Layouts and then zBrush!
This was an After Effects mockup i did for "Aether", a power that helps players fly in the USC Advance Game Project - Rhea.
My idea was to make Aether the souls of the past giving their once contained power of flight.
Check it out!
Pledge Movie
When pledging for my Professional Cinema Fraternity. I helped out with our pledge movie by designing, modeling, animating, and rendering the spaceship used for the end sequence.
Makes me want to animate more things and composite it into movies!
(glowing balls animated in Autodesk Maya, particle effects created in Adobe After Effects)
